01Information we collect

We only collect information that you choose to give us, plus the limited technical information described in section 5. When you send a purchase request through the form on our pricing section, you provide:

• your full name and your business or company name;
• your email address and your phone or WhatsApp number;
• your industry or type of business and, if you add it, your business website;
• the plan and the AI automation services you are interested in;
• a description of your business problem and what you would like to automate;
• if you add them, the tools or platforms you use, your monthly budget, your expected timeline and any other information you choose to share.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, email us, call us or message us, we receive the details included in that message, such as your email address or phone number and what you write to us.

Please don’t include sensitive personal information (for example financial account details, health information or passwords) in a form or message.

02How we use information

We use the information you provide to:

• respond to your enquiry or purchase request;
• understand your business and its automation requirements;
• prepare proposals and discuss our services and plans with you;
• communicate with you about the projects you request;
• provide, maintain and support the services you contract us for;
• send you our newsletter, if you asked to receive it;
• keep this website working properly and secure;
• meet our legal obligations and handle any disputes.

We do not sell your personal information.

03Form submissions and email notifications

Our purchase request form is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service. When you submit the form, the information you entered is sent to FormSubmit, which delivers it as an email to our business inbox, zyricteam.ai@gmail.com. FormSubmit handles that information under its own terms and privacy policy, which we encourage you to read on its website.

Our business email is hosted by Google (Gmail), so messages and form notifications we receive are stored in that account and are subject to Google’s privacy terms.

The newsletter box on our website does not send anything by itself: it opens a pre-filled email in your own email service, which you then choose to send to us.

04AI tools and third-party services

To deliver the services you request, such as chatbots, AI agents and workflow, WhatsApp, email, booking or document automation, we may need to process your business information using third-party providers. Depending on the project, these may include AI model providers, automation and integration platforms, messaging services, email providers, CRM systems and hosting providers.

We share information with these providers only as needed to build, run or support the services you request, as agreed with you for that project. Each provider processes the information under its own service terms and privacy policy. We’re happy to tell you which providers a particular project will use before work begins.

This website itself uses:

• Google Fonts, which supplies the website’s typefaces. Your browser requests the fonts from Google’s servers, which receive technical information such as your IP address.
• FormSubmit, for the purchase request form, as described in section 3.
• Links to our Instagram and LinkedIn profiles. Those sites are governed by their own privacy policies once you visit them.

05Cookies and technical data

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

To keep animations smooth, the site remembers a performance setting (“high”, “balanced” or “low”) in your browser’s session storage. It contains no personal information, is never sent to us, and is cleared when you close the browser tab.

Like any website, the servers that host this site and the services it loads (such as Google Fonts) automatically receive basic technical information when your browser connects to them, for example your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to deliver and secure the website.

06Data sharing and retention

We share personal information only:

• with the service providers described above, as needed to handle your enquiry or deliver your project;
• when required by law, regulation, legal process or a government request;
• to protect the rights, safety or security of Zyric, our clients or others.

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including any project you contract us for, and for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting or contractual requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or stop using it.

07Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Our forms send your information to our form service over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

However, no method of transmitting or storing information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, including India’s data-protection law, you can contact us to:

• ask what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
• ask us to correct or update inaccurate information;
• ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
• stop receiving our newsletter or other messages at any time;
• raise a concern or complaint about how we handle your information.

09Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and adults, not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if our services or the tools we use change. The latest version will always be on this page, with its effective date shown at the top.
